Terms and Conditions of Booking

Your booking will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a £50 deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 2 weeks before the arrival date payment in full is required on booking Please make cheques payable to ‘Craigarakis’.
Should you wish to cancel the booking you must do so before 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Refund of deposit can only be made if we are able to re-let the cottage for that period. Within 2 weeks we will reimburse 75% of the total paid providing we have been able to re-let for the full period in question. It is the responsibility of all guests to obtain their own holiday insurance.
Change-over day for the cottages is usually a Saturday, and we request that you do not arrive before 4 pm and that you vacate before 10.30 on your departure date leaving the property clean and tidy in the same condition as you found it.
For the comfort of all our guests we have a strict no smoking policy although guests are free to smoke outside if they wish.
All visiting pets must be kept under control at all times. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not climb on any furniture and for any damage incurred.
The owners of Criagarakis can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor damage to vehicles or other belongings brought by visitors.
