It comprises a cottage-style multi-purpose room with beautiful open fire and views to the River Spey and beyond. There is a dining area, and a comfortable bed-settee which could sleep two more people if desired. A newly fitted galley-style kitchen is situated to the rear. The next door double bedroom leads to an ensuite shower room.
